Government Ice-Breaker Dues 2009/2010

Ice problems in Danish waters are quite uncommon. However the three Danish ice-breaking vessels "Danbjørn", "Isbjørn" and "Thorbjørn" are ready to assist vessels in Danish waters in the winter. In Aarhus the port’s own tug boats "Aros" and "Hermes" will act as ice breaking vessels in and around the harbour. Vessels calling Danish ports in the period 15 December 2009 to 31 March 2010 are to pay Government Ice-Breaker Dues. In the winter 2009-2010 the due is expected to be DKK 1.14 per NT.
